Question from Carol Upcraft - CentraCare (Originally posted in Event comments 3/11/22)

Curious to know how other organizations utilize PolicyStat? Due to how old policy/document systems were structuredprior to the transition intoPolicyStat, we utilize for documents well beyond the realm of policies (procedures and guidelines). This type of utilization muddies the waters when attempting to establish awell-defined, succinctgovernance system. Any thoughts from others that may have conquered the issue or are dealing with a similar issue?

Carol, Have you considered using Reference Tags to organize the various document types?

Reference Tags are the best way to separatedifferent types of documents in PolicyStat. That way you can set up a filtered searchand link to it for accessing and searching under aspecific reference tag group of documents. Alternatively, some organizations choose to have an additional site created for other types of documents to keep policy governance cleaner. If you are interested in getting an additional site or would like consultationabout this please email info@policystat.com.
